Hello,

I created an internet & TV subscription for about 1 month ago. Finally, I had an appointment on 15th of the December for installation fiber optic connection. Technicians came to my house, checked the house and started to dig the ground in front of the house but according to their explanation they were not able to find the KPN cable for installation. Kpn did not give me any feedback since this date. I'm still waiting for the installation. What should I do in this situation? Do I need to call someone or are you going to provide a new appointment date.

So the fiber couldn't be found by the mechanics. That's too bad. :( 

I understand they left and you haven't heard since. That ain't good. 

I see you already filled in your details. Zo I notified my colleagues of the back office to look into it.
