Sorry for english post but I have no other choice. I translated your issue and I can confirm my problem is the same. It started almost 3-4 weeks ago and I am staying in Almere.

Problem is consistency, I am using internet for playing games and watching stream videos and I can confirm that I have big lag spikes where my internet speed drop around 30-60 mb (I have 1gb internet speed) and more importantly download latency which is more than 150 (for a healthy connection it should not exceed 10-20 ).

I switched to KPN from Ziggo because of the fiber internet but this is not usable for me. Never had the same issues with Ziggo hopefully they can solve it or at least read this and help me.
