Modem has not arrived even though e-mail said it should have

My modem hasn't arrive yet. Though I got a mail saying it arrived on the 22 September. Also I’m receiving several messages to make an appointment with the mechanic as soon as possible, but there are no dates available! Can you help me? in English? Please?
