Modem password incorrect

Hello Every one

I’m trying to login into the https://mijnmodem.kpn/2.0/gui/#/login/

The modem is new and i did not changed anything so far. Just trying to login with the password i saw behind the modem, also scanned the QR code to be sure is the correct password and still not working. Any idea? thanks in advance.

Was the modem installed by a KPN mechanic? Then it might be possible that the password was changed. Best is to do a full paperclip-reset by holding a paperclip in the small hole above the power-button until all the lights go out on the Box12. Then the password of the scanned QR-code should work.

If it doesn't, make sure it doesn't add a space or something at the end because that will result in a wrong password entry as well.
