I am Abhishek Sinha, Customer ID ***. Just Yesterday, I left KPN service for my apartment. But Yet I got my bill for May, 2021. I don't know why they sent me the bill for May, when I already left KPN for other provider. When KPN contacted me on April, they told me that April is my last month.. Please rectify your billing and refund me my monthly balance for May, 2021..

I checked your account and saw that the cancellation and the bill were activated simultaneously. that means that your account has been cancelled and that there is a creditnote on it's way!
