Hello everyone,

 

I’ve moved to a new apartment early this month. I informed KPN about my moving before 14 days(30th October) and I was expecting to use my internet connection by 13th November, but few days after that they send an email saying I cannot use my internet until 1st of December. When I asked the reason they said previous tenant’s connection is still active until end of this month. Really? 

Previous tenant already moved in October and still pays for November without using it. I’m also paying for November without using it? What is going on here?

 

I appreciate that KPN sent me a wifi modem as a temporary solution, but it ran out of data today. Now me and my wife having a really hard time trying to work from home.

 

I think there should be a better way of handling this kind of situations.
