Hello, I’ve just moved in a new apartment that has KPN Internet connected already. I’ve submitted a request to have a new contract signed on my name. Today I received the email that a technitian needs to come and do some work. I think that is not necessary since the service is up and running already. The only thing needs to be done is concluding a new contract. Could you please advise how to proceed? Thank you in advance.

Hello Erwin, It turned out that the Internet from KPN is included in my lease agreement and covered by the landlord, so there is no need to sign a new contract. Could you advise how to cancel the order? 


Hi @Maksim . The best way to cancel your order is call 0800 0402 .

I dont know if our voice response system recognises english.  You should try and say the word “opzeggen”. This way you wil get to the right department.
