Moving to a new place with limited contract, can we get a discount?

Hello,
Now we are renting the house in Almere and the rent contract was only for 6 months, so we were unable to use "Year subscription” with discount. As we see our next apartment is also support KPN internet.

So the question is can we arrange the moving with KPN and start use KPN "Year subscription" with discount?

Is it only one way to terminate the contract here and create new one in a new place?
