Moving to a new place with limited contract, can we get a discount?

Hello,Now we are renting the house in Almere and the rent contract was only for 6 months, so we were unable to use "Year subscription” with discount. As we see our next apartment is also support KPN internet.So the question is can we arrange the moving with KPN and start use KPN "Year subscription" with discount?Is it only one way to terminate the contract here and create new one in a new place?

I contacted to KPN service and they said it is possible.
During my movement I can notify that I would like to receive discount for 6 months and prolong my contract for 12 months (it will be the first discount activation).
