Hi,

 

Today is supposed to be the first day of my subscription with kpn and guess what the connection is not activated. I have to wait for 4 days until someone comes and activate the connection. I don’t understand why it is not activated since it was planned for two months. This was supposed to a smooth transition but it turned into a disaster. I am disappointed already.

Hi @Mohammad Hosseiny, welcome to our community! There are some reasons why your connection can't be activated on the planned date. Often these things don't show up until the actual activation date is here.
I'm afraid I can't expedite the technician's appointment.

@Thomas van KPN  Just an update, a technician came and now I have a broken fibreglass that needs another technician to be fixed. And now I stuck here with no options.
