Hello,

 

my internet stopped working this morning. I have restarted the modem and also went through the KPN app restore tool twice but nothing changed. The green light “internet” on the modem is blinking really fast and none of my devices (mobile, laptop, tv) have connection via wi-fi atm. 

I tried calling customer service but it does not give an employee in the end of the options anymore, so do not know which department to choose as I do not understand well what the menu says. 

 

Can you help? I work from home and this is a hige inconvenience.

 

Hi @Marianna D, if you have no internet, and the tools don't fix it, the best bet is to call us. If you keep the line active, you should eventually end up with one of my colleagues. If this somehow doesn't happen, call again. The system is trained to recognise when someone has called only a short time before.
