I have ordered home wifi, got the modem (box 12). Got the message that my internet is active 2 days ago. I set it up, connected the cables and everything. I could connect to the wifi, but there was no internet connection. Then I restarted it, turned wifi on and off, but it still did not work.
Then, I called 08000402, the person was very nice, tried to help me, but in 30 minutes we tried a lot of things with no success. He then said that this may be a problem for another departament and that someone should call me the next day, but I did not receive a call. I still do not have internet and I am unsure of what to do next…
