My subscription starts today, but the glas light is not turned on

     My Customer number: ****

     Subscription Start Date: 04/09/2023

My Wifi is not working. Glas light not turned on modem. Could you please check

Hi @Wifi Not Working, welcome to our forum. It sounds like your subscription wasn't off to the best start. I've just checked you connection and it looks like the connection was activated a few hours after you posted this. I assume the connection is working now.

Hi @Wifi Not Working, welcome to our forum. It sounds like your subscription wasn't off to the best start. I've just checked you connection and it looks like the connection was activated a few hours after you posted this. I assume the connection is working now.
