New fibre installation

Question

Hello,We just moved into a new apartment and ordered KPN 200/20 internet which is due to be installed on the 11th. Fibre obtic was just installed in our building and an engineer connected it into our flat yesterday. Do I need to contact the installation team to let them know so they send out a fibre trained engineer to complete the installation? Advice would be very appreciated!Thanks, Alex

Hello @Alex_Z, welcome!Thank you for choosing KPN. All of our installation technicians are capable of installing optic fibre for you, once KPN NetwerkNL has connected your home to optic fibre.If I understand correctly, a technician should have visited you today. Was the installation successful?
