Hello, Currently i have a connection from T-mobile and I am in trial period of 14 days with them. 

I would like to end my contract with t-mobile now and have internet from KPN. 

 

Yesterday I applied for internet from KPN. Now when I am calling T-mobile to end the contract today, they are saying KPN has applied for migration from 15 September which is out of 14 days trial period. 

 

Can KPN remove this migration, so that T-mobile can end my contract?

The best thing you can do in this situation, is call our customer service on the free number 0800 0402 (and tell the computer that you want to speak with an employee).
