Hello,
My start date on the contract is September 10, now it is offcially september 10 but the modem glass light is off, I have not received sms yet, nothing works, etc etc
KPN seems to be a mess. 

who is going to fix my issue?

It is still September 10th all day, usuallly it is connected during the day, if not call the customer service with the toll-free number of KPN 0800 0402

Available on: Mon-Fri between 08:00 - 18:00, Sat. 08:00 - 17:00.


As soon as your connection is active, you will receive an SMS or email from KPN and you can use the services. It's only September 10th, so the working day is still long. @Mhsgoud2024
