New subscription for my new house

The owner of the house had a contract that just expired today. I want to know that I can make a new subscription on my name and the imediat reconnection to your services due to the fact that we already have the hardware.

I am sorry to inform you that what you want is not possible. Since the hardware was send in name of the owner of the house, he/she has to return the hardware to us. 

You can get a new contract, and then you will receive new hardware, in your name. Which normally takes some time. So we can't reactivate the connection immedately.
