Mij Nederlands is niet goed, so I’ll ask in English ;-)
My new KPN gigabit internet was meant to start on Monday (2nd Nov) but keeps being delayed every day…
When I speak to the customer support, apparently the engineers “will automatically turn the connection on tomorrow morning” but today is the 3rd time that has been said.
I have setup the router and everything is ready to go…. just needs someone at KPN to flick a switch and get a new customer but right now I’m super annoyed and checking my 14 day cooling off period for cancelling.
Is there someone at KPN who can get this fixed ?
