My internet is blinking although i have received message from. Kpn in saying it has now connected and the invoices has been issued but untill now I could not get the internet

Hi @Sharifah! The best thing to do is call 0800-0402. A customer service representative can help you check what the exact problem is and send an engineer if need be.
