I intended to switch to KPN fiberoptics and did that already more then 2 months ago and i still do not have internet inspite of techincian coming twice and both times they just check the light is not coming on and leave saying someone will call to fix the internet, but that never happens!! Whats going on? If you cannot fix it then let me know and i must cancel the subscription.
On the connection (black) box on the fiberoptic point, Â only alarm light comes on and no connection light
