Hello,

Fiber LED still off. Internet LED on modem is blinking. Activation date is today. Can you help?

Our customer service line, 0800-0402, is always the fastest way to get in touch. Though keep in mind not all our employees are fluent in English. So it may help to keep a Dutch-speaking person handy. 

On topic of the connection itself, on the activation day you are to receive a text message. This is to indicate the connection is ready. Have you received this signal?

Could you also let me know how you've installed the fiber box? Did it fit like it said on the installation guide? Could you place a picture of the installed fiber box?
