Concerned after reading all of these forum entries.

 

I have gone through the modem cable check, the unplug and the hard reset with a pin.

 

Internet icon is still flashing on router.

 

Any guidance from anyone?

Hello @Cammoa, how unfortunate that you don't have a usable internetconnection. The fastest way to get this cheked is to call the free of charge number 0800-0402. An agent from the custpmer service can if needed, send a mechanic to your address, to help get the connection online.

We are unable to call that number since we do not yet have a Dutch phone number. We have now been without internet for a week even though we have done everything correctly, which has already caused us insane charges with 4G data. We called the number for abroad numbers and Your colleague at customer service now was going to schedule a time with a technician, but since we do not have a Dutch number he is unsure if he is able to.

 

We are very disappointed with how KPN works expats and the very small amount of help you get. We have not even been able to use KPN and we already have issues.
