A month ago I lost my internet connection. A meeting with a KPN mechanic was scheduled. After trying to repair the failure, the mechanic said that the cable was probably damaged and someone else would take care of it. After a week, I called KPN and the lady said that it had been reported and I had to wait, so how long would it take? If I don't have Internet and I pay for it, will the money be refunded?

Welcome, @Dominika00! Sorry to hear you've been without internet for so long. Unfortunately, I can't really help you at this stage. If a technical ticket has been created, which seems the case based on your message, your best bet is to call us (0800-0402, free). The colleague you reach can check on the status of the ticket and, if possible, escalate. 

 

Once service has been restored, the periode without service can be credited.
