"I have been experiencing internet issues for the past month. There have been around 4 or 5 appointments scheduled, and technicians have come to my home, but nothing has been resolved. This morning, I called KPN customer service and they were speaking very rudely. I am very disappointed with KPN's services."

@Gopinath this kind of issues will be done much quicker if you call the free number 0800-0402 (be aware you first get a what KPN calls intelligent answering machine. Ask for this kind of problems then direct for a human operator.
