Hello, today (03.10.2023) is my connection date for the home internet.

I connected my modem at 9:30, however as of now (11:00) I still have no internet.

It is a fibre connection, the power and wifi lights are on, while the internet one is blinking.

Can someone please help with this issue 🙏🏻

I have the same issue, did you got the message from the KPN that you are now able to connect to the internet? 

By the way, I got the message, but it still doesn’t work with green light blinking..

Hi @164957! Is your internet is still not working I'd advise you to call us on 0800-0402. For errors and loss of services we’re available 24/7! 
In the meantime you could also try restarting your fibre connection point. Disconnect it from the electricity, wait two minutes and connect it again. Hopefully the connection comes online then!
