No internet on F3100, no glas light

I've recently moved into a new appartment with existing KPN Fiber connection point, but no glasvezelkastje.

A new F3100 was send and I have connected it to the fiber point, and though I get a solid green on the Power and Ethernet, there is not a flikker of light on the Glas.

I've tried multiple time to turn the power off and on, run the self test on the website, but no success.

What would my next step be?

Thank, did get a technician to have a look and he fixed the error (at the local node) and got me up and running.
