I moved to a new house with my current kpn subscription but I haven’t been able to use it since the 16th of December, fiber was damaged and it got repaired but still I have no internet, is now almost 3 weeks with no service and you don’t seem to care or do anything about it, every time I call your answer is to that you can not do anything because you have to wait for the network colleagues to reply, I’m getting tired of waiting for any kind of action and the worst part is I have to work from home and without any internet service this is really impossible
is there any solution you can provide besides the “waiting”
