No ISRA to connect the KPN Experia Box V10

Hi, I just received the Esperia box v10 and plug it tommy telephone cable, but does not work. I just moved to my new place and there is no ISRA connection in the house, how can I make it work? I just have telephone cables.

Hi @L.bertaminiĀ and welcome to our KPN Community!Ā 

I do hope that an IS/RA point is in your home, but perhaps it's very well hidden. Do you have a landlady or landlord? If so, do they know where your access point is located?
Most often it's in the closet along with your fuse box. Sometimes it's in a crawlspace or the living room.Ā 
If you check the pictures underneath ā€˜DSL aansluitingā€™ on the page explainingĀ KPN access pointsĀ then you'll see pictures of what the access point can look like.Ā 

If that doesn't help, then Iā€™d suggest calling us on 0800-0402. A mechanic will have to be scheduled to they can hopefully locate the access point.Ā
