Hello I have created a membership with a 1 year contract for a new home internet. I 've received the products and the modem connection equipment .However ,I cant find a DSL(Isra) in my new home. What should  I di for this,and if a techinician comes to my house for asistance, is this service chargeable?What steps shuold I take?Thank you very much in advance for the information on this.

Hi @Rosennn , welcome to the KPN forum! The ISRA comes in various types, so it might take some searching. If you're having trouble finding it or it turns out not to be working, you can always schedule a technician appointment through customer service, as mentioned by @AriënC.
