By end of october I filled the on-line form to cancel the line and sent all the requested documents. I also sent the router on October 27th.

But so far I have not heard back from KPN regarding the status of the cancelation. I’m already abroad, so not possible to call or go to any winkel, and there is no contact eMail. On-line chat bot is only in Dutch

How can I know

Hi @FrancescBox! I can check the status for you and figure out why you havn't heard anything. Did you -at least- get a confirmation after submitting the form?
