No update on glass fiber installation in my home

Hey hey,

Already few months ago I granted permission to KPN to connect my home to glass fiber. 
Glass fiber has been installed in my street, but my home is not connected. I have not received any updates from KPN yet. I have my internet contract with Odido, and they cannot proceed without KPN connecting my home first. Please contact me to arrange this, since it has been a very long time - and I am eager to switch to glass fiber ;)

Hello Lex, this community is from the provider KPN for KPN customers. A bit confusing but you need to be at the fiber installer KPN, they are known as KPN Netwerk so your confusion is certainly not the first one.

You can contact them about the installation of fiber from their website.

Calling is at 088-0063744 on Monday till Friday between 08:30 and 17:00.
