Hello there. This problem emerged 3 days ago. One of the two laptops we have at home suddenly started saying “No internet” when connected to our KPN wifi. All the other devices (one laptop and two phones) have no issues whatsoever. When we try to ‘forget network’ and input the password again, it connects for a bit but after 5 minutes we get ‘no internet’ message again. I realize this is probably a laptop specific issue, rather than anything to do with KPN. Any ideas how can I solve it? It runs Windows 11.

@rnabi Welcome to our forum. Did you manage to resolve the Wifi issue with the laptop. I agree that it sounds like a laptop specific issue. Do you run any type of security software, like a antivirus program or a VPN?
