Order placed in december and still no installation date known

Hi I am still awaiting an installation date. Order was made start of December, not heard anything yet.

If you don't have a customer or order number, it is wise to contact the customer service. It almost seems like something went wrong with the order that you placed.

Hello ​@cws86, the fastest way to get information about your subscription is to contact our customer service. An agent can look up ypur address and inform you about the status of your subscription.

But you haven’t supplied me with an order number yet. Trying to find out how long the process takes to install as I am moving into the address shortly so I am stuck waiting to know a rough estimate
