Hi I received a payment request for two month for a home  internet that i have already canceled two months ago almost and after going to you shop and figuring out that it cant help and caling for one hour iu have been advice to send here.

 

I have request of payment from kpn for 93 Euros for internet i didn't use, i even sent your router back to you sooooooo long ago.

You collogue already helped me cancel the already canceled contract!!!

Can you send me a confirmation that i need to pay nothing.

Hi @Taoufek baidoun, welcome to our forum. It sounds like the cancellation of the contract didn't go right the first time, that's why the invoices and payments didn't stop. It is good to know the contract has been cancelled now.
