Hi, my subscription should start today 20/09/2024, Power and Ethernet light are ON, but GLASS is not ON. I’ve followed all the instructions for the installation, tried to contact the number of the customer service, but it’s in Dutch. How can I resolve this problem? Also i don’t see invoces in my personal area./p-p-The modem correct works and shows Power and wifi lights on, and the Internet light is green as well but it’s intermitent.

If the GLASS light is not on, there is no internet connection possible yet. My advice would be to give us a call at 0800 0402! Yes, the menu is in Dutch, but if you just wait, you'll get to speak to one of my colleagues. And they're also able to speak English.
