Hello,

I am sorry to bother you, but I am really frustrated with these errors. I work from home and use Tailscale to connect to my company's network. Very often, when I open my laptop, the internet disappears and I see these errors in the router logs. This has been happening for a few months and I am really tired of it.

Could you please help me? The problem seems similar to the one described on this link: https://community.kpn.com/internet-9/constant-weggalling-internet-connection-pppoe-error-lcp-echo-connectivity-issues-603188.

Seems the problem was in stock kpn box 12 router. Tried keenetic hopper, everything works perfectly.


Hi ​@arcticfox welcome to the KPN Community! That's strange, it should also be working with the regular Box 12. Do you intent to keep the Hopper?
