I subscribed KPN Glassvezel for Internet & TV Thuis, all installation kit were delivered and installation of glass fiber cable was done by KPN Network technician last month.
Although KPN technician came to my apartment, he found that the main cable routing or connection was wrong and there is no cable communication.
I contacted to KPN and KPN Network, my case has been logged in KPN ticketing system (ticket number has been issued).
Despite waiting for 3 weeks, the problem remains unsolved and no contact from KPN Network or its subcontractors.

Is there any way to push KPN Network to accelerate their action?

I would appreciate it if anybody gives me an advice how to deal with this problem.

Nu werkt de glasvezelverbinding.

Het resterende probleem is de administratie in het KPN systeem.
Mijn abonnement is niet geactiveerd in het KPN systeem.
Ik heb KPN gebeld over dit probleem, maar ze doen hun best.
