Query about canclling KPN internet connection

I have a KPN internet connection. I want to cancel it by 30 Nov. I am outside Netherlands and europe and will Not be coming back.  So I am Not available in the contact phone number provided. Please let me know how can I raise the cancel request ? Is there a way to send the cancellation request via email or any online form ?

You can cancel your cancellation due to emigration via this page: https://www.kpn.com/service/administratie/verhuizen/emigreren.htm

 

If you are already outside the contract period, you can also cancel via this page: https://www.kpn.com/service/administratie/opzeggen/opzegging-doorgeven.htm
They will try to call you, but if that doesn't work, your subscription will simply be terminated after the month's notice period.

This is correct. 

There is a catch though: normally you would need to return KPN equipment such as the router and possibly other devices. Is there anyone who can receive the return packaging that will be sent to your former address? And perhaps that persion could place the KPN equipment in the box and return it?

Thank you for this addition. You can send the hardware to KPN, Antwoordnummer 10119, 2400 VB Alphen aan den Rijn. Don't forget to add your contractnumber, name and address.
