Questions about internet and moving to another house

Hi ,

 

I will be moving to a new house in middle of October. But I want the internet is also to get moved in the new location. Also in parallel, I also want for some day (mid october to end november) internet available in my old location.

 

is it possible ? If yes, what needs to be done

Hi @Manish Jain, welcome to our community! Your subscription can only be active on one location at a time. In some cases a temporary mobile hotspot is enough to bridge those days but sometimes it's easiest to just cancel your subscription on your old adress and order a new one on your new adress. 
Every scenario is different and in this case I would recommend you give us a call on 0800-0402, my colleagues there can give you the best advice for your situation. They can also place any orders or changes to your subscription.
