Hello,

I receive this message when connecting to the internet:  broadband physical link is down?

I have a Expedia V10 modem and light for service is orange. I moved appartments and with it my internet. 
May the old apartment all works fine. Is it a problem from the provider side or  from KPN why is it not working when plugging in the modem? 
I have to do home office and no one can help.

Hi @Verena Hehle. Welcome to the KPN forum. How annoying that you can't use the internet. It is best to contact our customer service (0800 0402). They can measure your connection and offer a suitable solution. I hope the problem is resolved as soon as possible.
