Unfortunately this is an annoying bug in the firmware of the V10a.

As a work-around you could put mijnmodem.kpn in the hosts file of Windows pointing to 192.168.2.254.

If you forgot your password to login to the Experia Box, there is only one route to go and that is to factory reset the Experia Box using the reset pin-hole at the back of the Experia Box.

Hi Vikas, welcome on our board.

This is right. Keep pushing the small reset button for a couple of seconds, the Experiabox will switch off and then on again. Let us know if this helps, or not of course. :)

Thanks WJB and ALEX_P. The issue has been resolved. I am able to reset my Routers account. But seems like “https://mijnmodem.kpn/index.htm#”  == http://192.168.2.254 doesn’t work. I am able to access the link for a while like 20 seconds and then loss the connection again and get an message on browser that

mijnmodem.kpn’s server IP address could not be found.

Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
