Hello!

Last Thursday (October 12), I received a kit for connecting to the fiber-optic internet from KPN. However, when I followed the instructions to connect the fiber-box to the fiber optic, it displayed a red alarm signal. Consequently, there is no internet.

On Monday (October 16), a KPN technician came to my place. He replaced the fiber-box (but nothing changed, still showing a red alarm). He mentioned that we need to check the connection to the housewide-switch and that another technician would come the same day.

However, no one ever showed up. On the hotline (0800-0402), they said that a technician should arrive within three days, but no one has come yet.

Could you please tell me the date when the technicians will come and set up the connection?

I have looked in our system. I see the echanic couldn't solve the problem. That's too bad. There should be something wrong with the fiber. Now a mechanic is scheduled for 2 november. Will you let me know if the mechanic has fixed it by then.Â
