Hi!

I got a new KPN connection recently. After I finished installing the modem, Fiber Optic box. I noticed the red LED light next to Alarm and the green LED light for connection is off. 

I tried restarting it a couple of times but nothing is working. The green LED light on the modem for the internet is blinking.

 

Can someone please suggest what can be done to fix this?

Did you get a message that your internet connection should be working?

If not wait for that.

Else call the customer service 0800-0402 so they can look into the problem and schedule a mechanic if necessary.


Hi Kmat! Did you manage to resolve this issue? Otherwise I would also advise to contact 0800-0402 and schedule an appoint with a installation mechanic.
