PartnerPete set up the appointment for installation of internet at my new place however the appointment is too early and needs to be postponed by a few days. The links in the email I recieved will not allow me to reschedule on my own and when I’ve called, the phone menu is in Dutch which I cannot understand yet. Can someone please help me?

Hi @dmaples, thanks for your message. Have you managed to reschedule the appointment? If not, I advise you to give us a call on this number 0800-0402. That is simply the fastest way. Perhaps your partner can follow the Dutch menu. I hope you can continue with this!
