I have terminated the internet service and received an email regarding returning devices that ‘A few working days before the termination of your subscription, you will receive a return box with which you can return the equipment. Further instructions on how to return the equipment are included in that box.’

I wanna ask if I can return the devices to one of the KPN’s shops because I may leave earlier than the termination of my subscription.

Hi Hongyang and welcome to our forum! You can return the devices without the return box. You can place them in any box you may have lying around and write the following address on the box:

After that you can go to a PostNL location and hand it in there, they'll send it back to us. Keep the shipping receipt or make a picture of it. Save it for about a month just in case something goes wrong or there's a delay with the shipping. Then you have proof that you’ve sent the devices to us. Save travels in advance and happy holidays! 🎄
