hello, i have a problem with my router. Yesterday at 21 pm our wifi internet disconnected. We restarted it several times by pulling the plug out of the socket and waiting a few minutes. When I turn it on, the green light flashes, which then dims until it finally turns red. What to do? please help!

Do you have a DSL or fiber optic connection? If the latter have you also disconnected the fiber optic modem for a few minutes?
If the problem persists, check here if there is a problem in your area: https://www.kpn.com/service/storingen.htm
If there is no known problem, call KPN Customer Service on 0800-0402, they should be available 24/7 for internet connection failures.
You will probably have to say "Storing" to the computer to put you through to a KPN employee.
