For our Experia box, the wire connecting the box to the outlet (not the power cable but the one that goes to network socket from Experia box) got twisted and it seems this has caused inconsistent speed. How can we ask for the replacement? And will it be charged?

Hi Vic, welcome back. Basically, if a cable gets damaged, you can replace this yourself with a cable from a home electronics store or something like that. However, we can also send a new one. I checked and I'm seeing that earlier this week a replacement ethernet cable was sent. Have you received this, and was it the right cable? Because from what you describe I'm interpreting it as a DSL cable and not ethernet. So, if that is the case, let me know and I'll send one of those.
