Sharing a single internet connection in the building: multiple apartments

Hello, I am about to rent a new apartment and I have been told that there is only 1 internet input to the building so 2 apartments share the same internet subscription.

Is it possible to add connection lines per apartment? What will be the cost in this case?

Hi @yenerunver, welcome! If there are multiple registered adresses in the apartment, you can order an internet subscription. What kind of input is there? Could you maybe take a picture? Normally 1 input means one subscription, but if you can order a subscription, then it should be possible! If there are additional costs, my colleagues will contact you in advance.

Thanks @Marcia_ I shared your response with the owner of the house. They will check with their neighbors if they can apply for a separate subscription because when I try to do via KPN website, it seems possible.
