Hello,

I have subscribed to the WiFi package including a TV a month and a half ago, and i have just received the Wi-Fi equipment and got it working. However, i haven't received the TV yet even though i was told it would come around 2 weeks after subscription. Could you please let me know when would i receive it?

Hi @Rabab and welcome to our forum! First, check your order confirmation to see if the TV is on there. If it's there, and you haven't received a Track & Trace yet, contact the party in charge of shipping the TV's: Sidekix. They’re available on business days between 8:00 - 21:00 and on Saturdays between 10:00 - 16:00. You can reach them on 088 - 623 70 06. 

If the TV isn't on your order confirmation, then I'm afraid it won't be shipped as it hasn't been ordered.
