Still waiting on my internet to be turned on and it's already 6pm

Hi, 

My Internet is supposed to be turned on today (fiberglass) but I still haven't received an SMS message from KPN and the fiberglass box's "glas" light is still off. When will my Internet work?

Hi @Detren, welcome to the forum. Have you been able to use the connection since posting this topic? The forum isn't the quickest way to ask something like this, as you've noticed. The quickest way is giving us a call: 0800-0402. I hope you have done that in the past few days and your connection has been made since then.
