hello. is there a simple way to connect with customer support. my fibre link has dropped within one week of being installed and the automated help system is a nightmare for a non dutch speaker

Good morning @Louis1971, it's been a few days now. Did you manage to speak to one of my colleagues yet? 
The trick to our automated system  (on 0800-0402) is that it'll send you a link it thinks is relevant. When this happens don't hang up! It will put you through with an employee after a couple of seconds. 
Alternatively you can also chat with my colleagues on www.kpn.com/service 


I havent heard from you so I'm assuming you spoke to one of my colleagues and/or the issue has been resolved.
